I’ve gotten into the habit of using the Crumbl app almost every time I order now, and it really does make the whole thing easier. I usually open it just to check the weekly flavors, and they pop up right away with the pictures loading fast, so I can decide what I want without any hassle.
Once I pick my cookies, adding them to the box is super simple, and choosing a pickup time only takes a second. I also like that my usual store is already saved, so I’m not re-entering it every time. So far, I haven’t had any real issues with it, it’s just quick, easy, and does what I need

The floors were kinda sticky, and there were crumbs all over the counter. Not exactly what you want to see when you walk in.

These cookies are definitely on the very sweet side, but that was kind of the whole point for me. My brain went: cookies = sweet treat = yes, and they totally delivered. Loved every bite.

The cookies arrived on time and still looked really nice. One of the boxes had a small smudge, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with everything and would order again...

I really like that the flavors switch up and there’s usually a solid mix to choose from. I checked the site before heading over and they actually had the ones I was hoping for, which was PERFECT. Makes it super easy to plan a little treat without guessing.

I’ll be honest, the cookies are really good, and I’m not saying they aren’t worth trying. I just feel like the weekly menu repeats a little too often for my taste. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d love to see more new or different flavors pop up regularly. Still enjoy them, though.

I do like Crumbl overall, but the texture can be kind of hit or miss for me. The last few I’ve had were really soft in the middle, almost doughy, and I’m not always into that. Maybe that’s just how some of them are supposed to be, I don’t know. The flavors are usually good, I just wish some of the cookies had a little more bite or chew to them.

I’ve realized it really depends on which Crumbl you go to. My regular location has always been good, so maybe I’m a little biased toward that one, but I tried another nearby store and the cookies just didn’t taste as fresh. They were kind of stale and looked a bit messy too

The box looked really messy when it arrived, it just didn’t give the best first impression.

I ordered for pickup and showed up right when the app said it would be ready. It just… it wasn’t ready, and no one really said anything until I asked. I ended up waiting about 20 more minutes while other people came in and got helped before me. The cookies were okay, but one was missing the topping and the box looked kind of messy. It wasn’t terrible, but pickup is supposed to be the easy part. For the price, I expected it to go a lot smoother

I stopped in because I was already nearby and had been craving something sweet, and the place smelled really good when I walked in. The cookies themselves were actually tasty once I finally got them. It did take way longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but at least the cookies were still good.

Crumbl is definitely not the cheapest place to grab cookies, but they’re huge, so I don’t feel too bad about the price. My husband and I usually split one and it’s still plenty for both of us. I also like that the flavors change every week because it makes it a little more fun when we decide to go. Not something I’d buy all the time, but it’s a good treat when we want dessert.

It was just too sweet for me, like really too sweet. I could barely taste anything fresh, which was disappointing.

Cookies were good, no complaints there. Just wish the calories and nutrition details were easier to spot and compare before ordering

I really appreciate that Crumbl lists the allergens clearly. It makes picking cookies for my family way less stressful, especially when everyone has different things they’re trying to avoid. It’s not perfect for every diet, of course, but it’s still really helpful. Also, side note, choosing cookies there somehow turns into a whole family debate every time, like we’re voting on a vacation destination or something...

They’re always coming out with new flavors, so I never really get bored. the bad timing is the only thing to blame because every time I tell myself I’m taking a break, they drop something new and I’m right back.

I had a simple issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service thinking it would be an easy fix. It took way too long to hear back, and when they finally responded, it seemed like they hadn't even read my message. I was asking for help with one basic thing, but all I got were generic replies that didn't solve anything. Super frustrating, especially considering how expensive the cookies are.

I ordered from Crumbl Cookies and was happy with how fresh everything was when it showed up. I’ve ordered cookies online before from other places where they arrived kind of dry or stale, so it was a nice surprise that a couple of these were still slightly warm and soft in the middle.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that one cookie got a little smashed in the box during delivery. It still tasted great though, and overall the freshness was solid. I’d definitely order again.

I assumed from the photos and the price that these cookies would be a decent size, but they ended up feeling small. They tasted good, so no issue there, but based on what they charge, I was expecting more. I kept thinking maybe I just got a smaller batch or something, but either way, they weren’t filling and I left feeling kind of ripped off. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the portions bigger

Bottom line, I’ll keep using it because the free cookies are a nice perk. That said, the rewards points don’t show up as quickly as I’d like, so it can feel a little slow. Still, it’s a decent program overall.
